United States v. Woods

474 F.2d 1343 (1973) | Cited 3 times | Fourth Circuit | March 7, 1973

Before BOREMAN, Senior Circuit Judge, and WINTER and CRAVEN, Circuit Judges

Per Curiam:

Lloyd Paul Woods appeals his conviction in the district court of interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle, 18 U.S.C. § 2312. Although he failed to object to the charge in accordance with Rule 30, Fed.R.Crim.P., he complains that the trial judge committed prejudicial error in his charge to the jury.

We have considered the record and briefs and find no error affecting the substantial rights of the appellant. Rule 52(b), Fed.R.Crim.P.

Accordingly, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below.

Affirmed.
