Per Curiam: On consideration of the motion to dismiss the petition for review by the respondents and the response thereto by the petitioner, and it appearing that petitioner seeks to review the refusal of the General Counsel to issue a complaint on petitioner's unfair labor charges, and it further appearing that such action by the General Counsel is not a final order of the National Labor Relations Board reviewable directly by this Court under Section 10(f) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 160(f), Contractors Ass'n of Philadelphia v. NLRB 295 F.2d 526, cert. denied, 369 U.S. 813;

IT IS ORDERED, that the motion to dismiss the petition for review be and the same hereby is GRANTED.
