Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

OPINION

The relator, Walter Ted Hulick, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus complaining of Judge Hufstetler's 1 ruling (evidenced on a docket sheet) declining jurisdiction over the relator's petition to modify the parent-child relationship.

The petition for writ of mandamus is denied because the relator has an adequate remedy by appeal. See e.g., Phillips v. Baeber, 995 S.W.2d 655, 657 (Tex. 1999).
