14. The only related matter was the payment of at least the statistical clerk rate for work done outside of the Grand Lodge. This term did, however, follow a much earlier (July 26, 1966) employee proposal which, had it not been rejected, would have given at least the statistical clerk rate to those "assigned to audit."
